10 Years Of Being Vital
Vital.org is the Government's largest back-office specialist, aggregating common administrative services such as human resources, procurement, travel management and more for the Whole Of Government.
In this project, we provided copywriting services for their 10th anniversary coffee table book, coming in as last-minute replacements for their original writer who was called away for national service - 6 weeks before print deadline.
We eventually required 14 face-to-face 90-minute-long interviews, over 30 email interviews, and 80 printed pages to tell the story of Vital.org.
This project was challenging for us, due to the tight timeline and vast quantity of interview audio recordings to transcribe. Moreover we had to give ourselves a crash course on the civil service as well as master the nuances of corporate compliance, governance and oversight.
Still, it was a truly rewarding experience as we got to learn about how Vital.org overcame their growing pains, as told by their longest-serving staff and original founders!

NTUC @ TADM Brochure
Our client urgently needed copywriting services for the brochure they were designing for NTUC's new Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) services. We met them the next working day after lunch to get the brief and, true to our brand promise, "Fast, Good, Reliable", we delivered the first draft the following morning.
After just minor adjustments to tone and content, the draft was sent for layout and approved without further comments by all the stakeholders.

Fung Healthcare Leadership Summit 2016: The Proceedings
idsMED is one of the largest integrated solutions providers of medical equipment, supplies and services in Asia. It has an extensive distribution network in eight countries, covering various healthcare institutions including government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, specialist and primary care clinics, laboratories and nursing homes.
As a member of the Fung Group, it organises and hosts the annual Fung Healthcare Leadership Summit conference, which is a regional, by-invitation-only private event involving senior healthcare professionals who fill key roles in private and government healthcare organisations across all eight markets.
We were hired to condense the proceedings of this prestigious one-and-a-half day event into a 21-page booklet. In the process, we recorded the presentations of 18 eminent speakers, whose views are currently shaping global healthcare policy.
Not only did we have 18 hours of audio to transcribe, many of the speakers were also not native English speakers. Another challenge was the specialised language and concepts used by these C-level executives.
Winnowing through this doubly-difficult material would be a daunting task for any writer, but fortunately, Writers Actually's Vince Wong has spent nearly a decade as a healthcare magazine editor and worked with numerous pharmaceutical companies.
After a couple of rounds of editing to fit the content into the budgeted number of pages, the project was approved by the client without any changes.

ST Engineering Information-Security Corporate Video 2016
In late 2015, ST Engineering Info-Security was planning its corporate video as a showcase for its business model and markets. We were hired to produce the script, which was turned into this beautiful video.
At the same time, we were also tasked to write the script for a video showcasing their DigiSAFE Cyber Security Centre training facilities.
